Dr. Gordon Fraser, Jr.
Periodontist
Dr. Fraser was born in Brooklyn, New York and was raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended Howard University for his undergraduate studies where he majored in Zoology and Chemistry. Dr. Fraser was awarded an Air Force scholarship to study periodontics and dental implants at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he earned his doctorate. After completion of his residency he served our country in Okinawa, Japan. Dr. Fraser has been in Georgia since 2002, specializing in periodontics and dental implants where he is considered an expert in the field and frequently teaches other dentists the latest techniques for placing dental implants.
He is a member of the North Georgia Dental Society (NGDS), Georgia Dental Society (GDS), National Dental Association (NDA), AAP, American Dental Association (ADA) and Southern Georgia Dental Education (SGDE).
Dr. Fraser is happily married and has two lovely grown daughters. He enjoys tennis, golf, and riding motorcycles in his free time. He can be reached at drfraser@conyersdentures.com.

Dr. BA Blackburn, III
Prosthodontist
Dr. Blackburn III is a highly skilled dentist in the Atlanta area. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in History from Morehouse College in 1993 and his DDS in 1999 from the University of Iowa’s College of Dentistry.
Dr. Blackburn came back to Georgia for his postgraduate studies and received his Post Graduate Specialty Certificate in Prosthodontics in 2002 from the Medical College of Georgia’s School of Dentistry.
Dr. Blackburn III is an extremely competent prosthodontist. He has treated adult patients of all ages including various celebrities.
Replacing missing teeth or restoring badly damaged teeth using prosthetics while maintaining esthetics is both a skill and an art, but Dr. Blackburn does it with ease so much he has even coined his own term – prosthoesthetics.
Dr. Blackburn is a member of the Hinman Dental Society, Georgia Dental Society, American Dental Association, National Dental Association, and American College of Prosthodontics. In the past, Dr. Blackburn has given many lectures in Atlanta to many organizations which include the Atlanta College of Prosthodontics, North Georgia Dental Society, and various Metro Atlanta study clubs. Dr. Blackburn is currently a major in the United States Army, where he proudly serves our country.
In his spare time, Dr. Blackburn enjoys studying history, traveling to different states and countries, outdoor water activities, and spending time with his children. Dr. Blackburn is also a chairman for a fraternity committee that mentors middle school aged boys.

Dr. Jasmine Edwards
General Dentist
Dr. Jasmine Edwards is a native of Albany, GA. She obtained her B.S. in Biology from Albany State University in 2010, as a Cum Laude, Honors Merit Scholar. There, she was an active member of multiple organizations. She also participated in multiple research experiences under the mentorship of Dr. Ashok Jain and Dr. Philip Jemilohun.
After graduation from ASU, she taught for the Dougherty County school system (2010-11) and Houston County School System (2011-12). She later obtained her D.M.D. degree from the Dental College of Georgia in 2016, where she was awarded the 2016 Senior Faculty Achievement Award. She was also a member of multiple undergraduate dental societies and organizations.
Dr. Edwards was employed as a general dentist for Albany Area Primary Healthcare, Inc. since 2016, where she was a member of the Risk Management Committee. As an employee for AAPHC, she provided general dentistry at both the West Albany Dental Center and the Albany Middle School-based dental clinic. She also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Dental College of GA, educating and mentoring senior dental students. She works part-time for the Phoebe Sumter Ellaville Health Center, where she serves under a grant geared solely towards Georgia farm workers.
During her spare time, she enjoys hiking and travelling; one trip consisting of a 2018 dental mission trip to Henche, Haiti. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, the National Network for Oral Health Access, and a national member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Her favorite motto is: Delayed does not mean Denied.
